Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit card acquisition strategies and roadmaps in line with the bank's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card products remain competitive in the market.
- Strong understanding of retail banking and credit card products, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong cards product knowledge is required, experience managing banking products highly regarded (5 yrs of experience).
- Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions.
- Strong delivery experience is preferred, including managing cross-functional squads and navigating regulatory or compliance-led initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
- Exposure to scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), or platform migrations is a plus.
