We’re looking for a full-time AI Systems Strategist who can partner with agency owners to design and oversee the implementation of AI-first operating systems. Using vector databases and multi-agentic workflows, you’ll help agencies automate processes, scale intelligently, and stay ahead of the curve.

The Role: Strategic AI Partner

You’ll be the architect behind AI-driven transformations that allow agencies to systematize operations and unlock growth. This isn’t about coding models yourself—it’s about understanding each client’s unique business, designing AI-first strategies, and guiding implementation teams to bring those strategies to life.

What you’ll own

Strategic AI Design

• Analyze agency operations and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency
• Design workflows using vector databases and multi-agent frameworks to automate critical processes
• Build implementation roadmaps that transform how agencies deliver marketing services

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the trusted AI strategist for agency clients
• Run discovery sessions to uncover pain points and growth opportunities
• Present strategies that show clear ROI and operational leverage

Implementation Oversight

• Direct implementation teams to execute your AI systems design
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and align with client expectations
• Manage multiple AI transformation projects across different clients

Performance Optimization

• Monitor system outputs and identify areas for optimization
• Refine workflows and prompt strategies for higher accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure each implementation creates measurable business improvements

You are the perfect fit if:

Strategic Experience

• 5+ years in AI systems, operations strategy, or marketing automation
• Proven ability to design systems that drive efficiency and measurable results
• Experience working with entrepreneurial clients or agencies

Technical Understanding

• Strong grasp of AI concepts, vector databases, and multi-agent workflows
• Understanding of automation in marketing, operations, or client service delivery
• Ability to design advanced systems without necessarily coding them yourself

Client Management Excellence

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Experience leading client relationships with business owners
• Comfortable presenting complex AI concepts in clear, business-focused terms

Organizational Mastery

• Skilled at managing multiple projects and implementation teams
• Strong project management and operational design skills
• Ability to balance vision with execution oversight

Compensation & Requirements

Compensation: Competitive salary based on region and experience

Location: Remote (open to candidates globally)

Communication: Fluency in English required, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Availability: Flexible, with core overlap hours for client meetings (US ET zone)
