InternshipEngineering, Information Technology

I’m Marouane. I’ve led elite engineering teams, built distributed systems used at scale, and delivered critical software global firms and worldwide engineering organization. Today, I lead technology at Foodiz and I’m opening the door for one intern who’s ready to operate at a higher standard.

You will be mentored to think, solve and build like engineers who are respected, not just employed.

Before You Apply

(If you don’t check every box below, this isn’t for you. Respectfully, don’t apply.)

  • You live in Belgium.
  • You don’t need visa sponsorship. Not now, not later
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You’re available for 6 months.
  • You’re currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or you've relevant experience

About you

  • Someone with sharp curiosity and a bias for action
  • Someone who listens with intent, questions with respect, and builds with purpose
  • Serious about becoming excellent
  • Not afraid of pressure. Not looking for comfort. Looking for clarity and growth

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Build real features used by real users
  • Automate systems, improve pipelines, fix critical bugs
  • Contribute to production deployments on Azure
  • Learn how high-level engineers think: design, security, devops, scale
  • Receive direct mentorship from someone who’s led top-tier teams across Europe

What You’ll Use (Not Just Read About)

  • Golang, C#, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Bash, Azure, CI/CD, Notion, React Native, Github, Sentry, Figma, AI (NLP, LLM, ML), Vercel, Software Architecture (HLD, LLD, SRD and multiples design patterns)

What You’ll Gain

  • Experience that’s hard to find and impossible to fake
  • A mindset shift: from "how do I code this?" to "how do I build this?"
  • Engineering principles that last far beyond one internship
  • Fast, real growth with direct, no-nonsense feedback

If you’re ready to learn from someone who’s been where you want to go and, if you're good enough to keep up, reach out.
