Join our dynamic HR Operations team as an HR Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting internal customers and ensuring accurate, timely HR service delivery. Join our dynamic HR Operations team as an HR Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting internal customers and ensuring accurate, timely HR service delivery. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, Compensation & Benefits and payroll-related processes.
- Supporting HR time management processes, ideally with an understanding of time management practices and local labor regulations.
- Handling employee queries and transactional requests via our HR ticketing system in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, managers and employees keeping them informed about process progress and outcomes.
- Ensuring HR data accuracy and process compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Supporting audits, HR projects and process improvements.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in an HR Operations and/or Payroll environment.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and payroll processes.
- Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas etc. are a plus).
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and vendors across borders.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
