Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a cybersecurity consultant based in Espoo. We welcome both experienced professionals and rising talents with 2-3 years of relevant experience. You will work on cybersecurity projects and assessments, engage with clients to understand their security needs, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Depending on your background, you may perform technical security testing (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments) or focus on security management systems and maturity assessments. 

Example projects you'll work on

• PCI DSS audits for major payment processors
• Penetration testing of healthcare systems
• ISO 27001 implementations for organizations
• Katakri assessments for defense contractors
• Security architecture reviews for critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cybersecurity and Information Security
• Fluency in the Finnish language is required
• Skills in Application Security and Network Security (if technical background)
• Experience in performing Vulnerability Assessments (if technical background)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, or CEH are a plus
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2, PCI DSS, eIDAS, Katakri, and other compliance frameworks is advantageous



Language note: This role requires fluent Finnish, but we also serve clients with English as their organization's preferred language.
