Steady Energy is a Finnish technology company developing small modular reactors. We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will lead demanding technology development projects, including R&D and experimental work, manage multidisciplinary project teams, and interface with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead challenging technical development projects, including R&D, engineering and experimental works.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary project team and coordinate with external partners.
  • Ensure successful delivery of critical LDR-50 technology development milestones.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary technical projects from start to finish.
  • Master’s degree in technical field (e.g., mechanical, process, or nuclear engineering).
  • Previous experience in the nuclear industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical orientation and ability to navigate complex projects.
  • Readiness to travel within Finland and abroad. However, we minimize unnecessary travel and make extensive use of remote collaboration whenever possible.
