🚀 Senior Backend Engineer - Rust

We’re partnering with a fast-growing crypto fintech company that is rebuilding its core trading infrastructure in Rust.

They’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their engineering team and play a key role in designing and optimizing real-time, high-performance systems.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Build and optimize Rust backend services for real-time connectivity with major exchanges (e.g. Binance).
• Work on low-level performance challenges: memory management, cache availability, algorithms, and data pipelines.
• Prototype new features and collaborate with data teams on big data & machine learning use cases.
• Contribute to data modeling and the design of scalable architectures.
• Work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Rust (production or advanced projects).
• Background in C++ is a plus (low-level, embedded, optimization).
• Passion for real-time systems, high-performance computing, and data-intensive applications.
• Experience in trading, fintech, adtech, gaming, or similar high-demand environments is a plus.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Available to start relatively soon.

📍 Location: Full Remote in France or UK
