General Manager for the French subsidiary.

Our client, recognized for its ability to transform capital markets through the issuance and management of regulated digital assets, is strengthening its footprint in France and continental Europe.

Your responsibilities

As General Manager, you will be expected to:

• Define and drive the development strategy of the French subsidiary in line with the group’s vision.
• Build and expand strategic partnerships with financial players (banks, institutional investors, asset managers, fintechs).
• Represent the subsidiary at an institutional and regulatory level, liaising with French and European authorities (AMF, ACPR, European regulators).
• Oversee the operational organization, budget management, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and inspire your teams, fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and compliance.
• Actively contribute to positioning France as a strategic hub for tokenization in Europe.

Your profile

• You bring a proven track record in general management or senior business leadership (10+ years), ideally within financial services (investment banking, asset management, fintech, market infrastructure).
• You have a solid understanding of capital markets and a strong interest in blockchain and asset tokenization.
• You are recognized for your leadership skills, with the ability to combine strategic vision and operational rigor.
• You can successfully navigate complex, highly regulated, and international environments.
• You have strong relationship-building skills and credibility with senior institutional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
