We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Business to solve complex problems and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and clean large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to deploy models into production.
  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Continuously improve data quality and model performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI etc
  • Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex results in a clear and concise manner.
