Description

We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of product experience (product management, product operations, or a similar role) who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you’ll have clear guidance from the team while also having the independence to own your work. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to help deliver meaningful features for our users — and use data to understand how those features perform in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute across the product lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Support product discovery by helping define problems, gathering insights, and testing solutions.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to scope and deliver improvements.
  • Create wireframes or mockups in Figma to communicate product ideas.
  • Write clear product specifications, tickets, and documentation.
  • Interrogate product datasets to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities.
  • Define and refine success metrics to measure how customers use Bizimply’s products.
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess product performance and recommend improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1–3 years in a product-related role, ideally within SaaS or digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction effectively.
  • Experience collaborating on user-facing products with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data orientation — comfortable working with product usage data, building metrics, and drawing insights from numbers.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Basic capability in Figma (wireframing or mockups).
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Points For:

  • Mobile-first or responsive web design.
