Senior Analytics Consultant

I am partnering with a forward-thinking organization committed to unlocking the power of data to drive strategic business decisions. A highly skilled Senior Analytics Consultant is required to join a growing analytics practice and play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into insightful, scalable dashboards and models using the Microsoft stack—advanced level particularly of Power BI required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize advanced Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements, present insights, and influence decision-making.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and decision-makers to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Provide strategic advice on data visualization best practices and analytics maturity.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership within the team.

About You:

• Extensive experience in Power BI: Expert in DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and advanced visualization.
• Microsoft stack expertise: Proficient in SQL Server, Azure (Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory), Fabric, and other related tools.
• Proven stakeholder management: Able to communicate complex data clearly and influence non-technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years using Power BI.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
