HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is seeking to expand and strengthen its team at the Bologna office by hiring a Junior IT Project Manager. The selected candidate will be involved in innovative IT projects related to the Insurance sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support project management by scheduling and coordinating activities in compliance with the predefined schedule and phases;
  • Support the planning of activities and the drafting of related reporting (kick-off meetings, SAL, reports, Gantt, WBS, etc...)
  • Manage relations and communication with the client and all stakeholders involved in the project;
  • Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the implementation of activities in terms of objectives, budget and schedule.


Technical skills required:

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Economics and Management and related;
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and systems such as databases, operating systems, networks and software;
  • Knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
  • Good knowledge of Office suite, in particular excel;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

  • Management skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Aptitude for teamwork.
