What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic team. 

Your mission:

  • Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
  • Quality control of integrations, testing;
  • Maintaining an integration FAQ;
  • Support for system operation;
  • Assistance in the development of integration documentation.

Your skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support;
  • Knowledge of HTTP;
  • Knowledge of client-server architecture;
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs;
  • Knowledge of both SQL/NoSQL databases;
  • Fluent Russian language skills, and English language at a level B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.
