At Wigiwama, Latvia’s leading kids’ furniture and lifestyle brand, we believe that great design can inspire magical childhood moments. Now we’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team in Riga and help us bring new ideas to life.

This role is not just about managing timelines and processes – it’s about being at the heart of our product creation journey. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, contribute to the development of new products, and see your projects evolve from sketches to homes around the world.

Your Profile:

• Fluent in English – mandatory (other European languages are a plus)

• Experience in project management is a plus (but drive and ambition matter most)

• Proactive, result-driven, and highly responsible

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to grow with an international brand

Your Mission:

• Transform our product roadmap into clear, actionable projects with deadlines and milestones

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, and our internal teams to make ideas happen

• Research and connect with outsource manufacturers across Europe and beyond

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously – from new product launches to certifications

• Prepare inspiring briefs for our marketing and sales teams to tell each product’s story

• Support office management to ensure smooth daily operations and team flow
