Tasks:

• Work with large datasets, including data cleaning and quality improvement.
• Analyze market and competitor developments, brand perception, and customer satisfaction for Lidl and its competitors in Baltics.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports in English.
• Enhance reporting efficiency and contribute new ideas for continuous improvement.
• Develop visualizations, identify trends and summarize key insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights for management.
• Communicate with market research companies, including method development, ongoing quality checks, and data interpretation.

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or experience in data analytics.
• Very good Latvian and English language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required; experience with data analysis tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to organize, analyze and combine large datasets, as well develop visualizations with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
• Goal-orientated, easily adapting to changes and fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident.
