• Architect and Launch: You’ll have a direct hand in designing and developing key features, prioritizing speed and impact. We move fast, and you'll play a crucial role in getting our ideas into the hands of users.
• Build for the Moment, Plan for the Future: We build with a focus on delivering value quickly, but you'll be part of the conversation about how we address technical debt and improve the codebase as we grow.
• Contribute to Quality (Pragmatically): We'll rely on your expertise to decide where testing is most critical, ensuring a baseline of stability without slowing us down.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: We encourage you to bring in new ideas and tools. Your knowledge will be essential in helping us establish best practices as we scale.

• You have 3 years of professional experience building and deploying web applications. Developing with Symphony is a plus.
• You are an expert in RESTful APIs, MySQL database design, and optimization.
• You're comfortable with automated tests and tools like Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
• You're a strong communicator who can work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
