BUSINESS (INVESTMENT) ANALYST – REAL ESTATE

Job Description:
• Analyze macroeconomic and real estate market indicators, provide insights on market trends and development opportunities;
• Prepare real estate project analyses, financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis), profitability assessments, business plans, and cash flow forecasts;
• Monitor competitor projects, land acquisitions, construction progress, and coordinate information gathering;
• Analyze company performance compared to leading I&L sector players in the Baltics and Western Europe;
• Prepare presentations for management, summaries on competitive landscape and project updates.
We expect you to:
• Hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate project evaluation, or investment decision-making;
• Be proficient in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools;
• Be analytical, results-oriented, and able to collaborate constructively and share insights with leadership;
• Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
