Vertablox specializes in innovative tech startups, focusing on VR solutions in the transportation sector. We are seeking a Product Manager responsible for driving the development and execution of the product roadmap for our Virtual Reality (VR) truck driver training platform - RoadMaster VR.

Your responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that the RoadmasterVR platform meets and exceeds customer expectations.
• Market Research: Collect and analyze market data to understand customer behavior, needs, and competitor strategies, and use these insights to guide product development.
• Customer and Partner Engagement: Collaborate with partners and customers to test RoadmasterVR in real-life environments, gather feedback, and refine the product accordingly.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including continuous improvement based on market and customer feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the product's quality and performance meet the highest standards before release.
• Portfolio Management: Support the marketing of other Vertablox products, ensuring cohesive and integrated product strategies across the company’s offerings.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Skills: Strong understanding of product management, project management, and agile development methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with VR technologies, software development, and user experience design.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Languages: Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken is a must. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
