Our platforms and services help manufacturing enterprises harness the power of data intelligence, automation, and connected systems to drive smarter decision-making, optimize operations, and accelerate digital transformation. We ensure end-to-end compliance and data protection through robust infrastructure solutions, while streamlining regulatory and operational processes to reduce risk and increase efficiency. Beyond compliance, we design and deliver scalable applications and advanced analytics that empower factories, supply chains, and production environments to become more intelligent, adaptive, and resilient.

We are seeking a Technical Product Lead to take ownership of our product vision and execution across our infrastructure and data platform solutions. This role bridges technology and business, ensuring our products not only meet stringent compliance and performance standards but also deliver measurable value to clients. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to translate business requirements into scalable, innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Lead prototyping and testing of concepts to validate functionality, compliance, and client impact.
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Visit clients when needed to support product adoption, pre-sales activities, and ongoing relationships.
  • Translate complex regulatory, technical, and business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant product delivery.
  • Lead requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning for cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to delivery, release, and iteration.
  • Ensure all products comply with both data/IT compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, FIDA, DORA, VAIT) and manufacturing or safety-oriented standards (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, environmental and workplace safety protocols).
  • Develop and maintain continuous compliance monitoring and improvement mechanisms that support audit readiness, product safety, and quality assurance across regulated domains.
  • Partner with sales teams to support client-facing activities and product presentations.
  • Own risk management, IT spend management, and resource prioritization across product lines.
  • Drive security management, system performance monitoring, and IT compliance as part of product governance.
  • Collaborate with data and AI teams to design features that unlock insight-driven decision-making for clients.
  • Foster a customer-first mindset—incorporating feedback loops and usage analytics into product evolution.
