Project Manager in Project Management Office team

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us at Telia.

I’m Auksė Vaškevičienė, and I lead the Project Management Office at Telia Lietuva. We’re looking for a new Project Manager to join our team and help us drive forward the exciting and meaningful work we do every day. What you’ll do:

• Lead business and technology initiatives in line with organizational goals and global standards. You’ll work in a hybrid environment that combines the best practices from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and traditional waterfall project management.
• Use established processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and change. You’ll ensure smooth coordination and effective communication with delivery teams and stakeholders to build alignment in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Tackle complex challenges by applying fresh perspectives to existing solutions.
• Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Proven experience managing medium to high complexity projects in IT and/or telecommunications, ideally 3–5 years.
• Ability to navigate and operate effectively within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational skills in ambiguous situations. You’re able to understand customer needs and have a track record of motivating, managing, and developing teams.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.

Monthly salary range for this position 3000-3800 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
