I’m Auksė Vaškevičienė, and I lead the Project Management Office at Telia Lietuva. We’re looking for a new Project Manager to join our team and help us drive forward the exciting and meaningful work we do every day. If you’re passionate about delivering impact, navigating complexity, and working with great people – we’d love to meet you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead business and technology initiatives in line with organizational goals and global standards. You’ll work in a hybrid environment that combines the best practices from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and traditional waterfall project management.
- Use established processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and change. You’ll ensure smooth coordination and effective communication with delivery teams and stakeholders to build alignment in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Tackle complex challenges by applying fresh perspectives to existing solutions.
- Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Proven experience managing medium to high complexity projects in IT and/or telecommunications, ideally 3–5 years.
- Ability to navigate and operate effectively within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong organizational skills in ambiguous situations. You’re able to understand customer needs and have a track record of motivating, managing, and developing teams.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
