We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive a groundbreaking healthcare project in Lisbon. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and experience transitioning projects from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum.

YOUR ROLE

Project Management

• Manage functional projects of medium complexity and risk.
• Collaborate with a mature and supportive partner organization to ensure successful project delivery.
• To perform the role of Product Owner, that is, someone who can understand and discuss the requirements.

Project Governance

• Define, implement, and lead project governance across a landscape of mature and supportive partners.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Customer Engagement

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring effective communication and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Problem Solving

• Apply effective problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges.
• Simplify complex information into actionable insights.

External Insight

• Actively participate in communities of practice alongside Project Directors and Managers within the broader team.
• Share knowledge and gain insights to improve project outcomes

YOUR PROFILE

• 6+ years of experience in project management within an IT context.
• Proven track record in managing software development projects using the Agile methodology across medium-to-large sized and complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects in regulated industries (e.g. life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices).
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on aligning business and IT objectives effectively.
• Change Management & Process Improvement: Experience with methodologies that support change management and process improvements in fast-paced environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly valued, though not mandatory.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Location: Based in Lisbon, with a hybrid work model (remote and onsite).

Travel: Flexibility to travel to client sites when necessary
