IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a versatile IT Support Specialist to join our team and work on-site for one of our key clients in Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users
• Assist with desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet troubleshooting
• Support users with video conferencing tools and collaboration platforms
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents while tracking them in the system
• Participate in PC setup, configuration, and installation
• Draft and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with system administrators and database administrators on operational tasks
• Perform application testing and administration when required

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT on-site support
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office Suite
• Good understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certified
• Fluent in English and French
