Systems Engineer – Endpoint & Intune

A Luxembourg-based organization is seeking a systems engineer to support and enhance its endpoint infrastructure. The role focuses on Windows workstation environments and Intune-based device management, within a high-demand operational context.

The Role:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for Windows and iOS devices
• Manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, and remediation workflows
• Package, validate, and deploy applications across the device fleet
• Provide third-level technical support for endpoint-related issues
• Oversee OS lifecycle management and contribute to patching strategies
• Act as the technical lead for Intune-related topics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive endpoint security and performance
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

The Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments
• Strong expertise in Windows workstation administration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, compliance, configuration)
• Solid command of PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with secure IT environments and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus
