Core Mission

You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process — from research to implementation — making sure products are not only functional but also user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with business goals. It’s a role where you balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams within an agile setup.
• User-Centric Design: Lead design processes that focus on solving real user problems and creating seamless experiences.
• Design System: Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring visual/interaction consistency across digital products.
• Research & Testing: Run user research and usability testing, and feed findings back into product improvements.
• Multi-Platform Design: Ensure solutions work smoothly across different devices, screen sizes, and contexts.

Profile They’re Looking For

• Education/Experience: Degree in HCI or similar, with 3–4+ years of hands-on UX design experience.
• UX Skillset: Strong in user research, prototyping (low & high fidelity), interaction and visual design.
• Tools: Figma (primary), plus familiarity with design thinking and workshop facilitation.
• Applications Focus: Experience designing web software/applications is a big advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly, manage stakeholders, and work independently while mentoring/supporting junior colleagues.
• Mindset: Agile, collaborative, proactive, and deadline-driven — a true team player.
• Languages: English is required, French is a plus.
