Senior HR Generalist – Benelux

Location: Luxembourg (with oversight of Belgium and the Netherlands)

Travel: Required across Benelux, occasional weekend travel

Compensation: Strong base + regional influence bonus

Shape people strategy across borders with autonomy and influence.

If you're ready to take ownership of HR delivery across three European countries — with visibility at senior level and direct impact on organisational performance — this role offers the platform to lead.

Why this role stands out:

This is a senior generalist position supporting a globally respected health and wellness company. As part of a lean but high-impact HR team, you’ll operate with strategic visibility across Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands, while engaging with senior leadership to drive people priorities that truly matter. With scope to influence wider European initiatives and support ongoing transformation, your input won’t just be valued — it’ll be vital.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advise and guide local and regional leaders on employee relations, performance, workforce planning and compliance
  • Champion cross-border HR operations, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while adapting to local legislation
  • Partner with Talent & Reward teams to drive engagement, morale, and retention across multilingual and multicultural teams
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience across the region

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in complex ER and generalist HR delivery, including stakeholder management across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of local employment law in Luxembourg and/or broader Benelux region
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and work independently across diverse teams
  • Fluent English (French and Dutch highly advantageous)

Who this suits:

You’re a commercially minded HR generalist ready to lead cross-country initiatives while maintaining hands-on oversight of core HR processes. You thrive in a multicultural setting, enjoy balancing strategic input with operational delivery, and have the confidence to advise senior leaders in a standalone capacity.

Benefits:

  • Autonomy to shape HR delivery across three countries
  • Exposure to a global HR network and corporate best practices
  • Flexible working and regular cross-border collaboration
  • Dynamic, wellness-driven culture with strong values
