Position Overview

Tencent Overseas IT empowers Tencent’s global expansion with reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – MS 365 with Network skills to take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration and governance across European offices, while also supporting office network infrastructure operations.

This role is based in Amsterdam, reporting to Tencent’s EMEA IT Center. You will work closely with global and local engineering teams, studio partners, and business units to ensure high-performance, secure, and compliant infrastructure delivery across Tencent’s European operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Manage and optimize M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Support tenant configuration, license allocation, security policies, and governance.
• Work with InfoSec and business teams to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal security standards.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and escalation for M365-related issues.
• Develop best-practice documentation, user guidance, and admin playbooks.
• Network Infrastructure Support
• Operate and maintain office LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and global teams on network upgrades and projects.
• General Infrastructure
• Support collaboration tools (Tencent Meeting/Zoom) for meeting rooms and end users.
• Document network and M365 architectures, SOPs, and technical diagrams.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and contribute to regional IT improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, with proven experience in M365 administration and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Security & Compliance Center).
• Office network operations (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
• Relevant certifications preferred:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate (MS-102) or higher.
• CCNA (or equivalent networking certification).
• Strong documentation and English communication skills (spoken and written).
