Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Professional with IAM (Identity and Access Management) expertise and strong Business Process Analysis skills. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, defining IAM requirements, and contributing to SailPoint-related projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional IAM requirements.
  • Define requirements for onboarding business applications into SailPoint.
  • Contribute to migration strategy and align with business stakeholders during IAM solution migration.
  • Support and challenge the roadmap, identifying improvements with stakeholders and IT architects.
  • Scope, define, and design MVPs in collaboration with development teams.
  • Create functional designs, specifications, user stories, and documentation aligned with IAM architecture and strategy.
  • Validate solution designs against IAM architectural principles.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and presentations, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and share IAM-related documentation (processes, work instructions, reports).


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years overall experience, including at least 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or other IAM tools).
  • Hands-on experience with migration projects (IGA to SailPoint or similar).
  • Proven ability to gather requirements through research and interviews.
  • Strong skills in summarizing technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience defining and executing stakeholder communication plans.
  • Solid understanding of security technologies, best practices, and policy frameworks.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.


Personal Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English required; Dutch is a plus).
  • Ability to represent IAM to external stakeholders confidently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to advocate business needs within IT.
  • Skilled in creating process documentation, user stories, Epics, and process overviews.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.


Competencies:

  • IAM / IGA expertise (Identity Governance & Administration).
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM tool experience.
  • Business Process Analysis.
  • Cyber Security principles and frameworks.
  • Agile methodologies.
