🌍 Venture Operations Associate (Remote – EU)

📌 Position Overview

As a Venture Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating administrative functions within the organization. You will ensure smooth operations, drive executional excellence across all non-investment departments, manage administrative issues, and implement efficient approaches to strengthen overall organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a builder, optimizer, and connector—strategic yet operational, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate a complex cross-functional landscape.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Administrative Department’s daily workflow (vendor coordination, board work, calls, etc.)
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, memos, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Translate leadership priorities into OKRs, dashboards, and workflows across departments
  • Audit and optimize key operational workflows, introducing automation where possible
  • Manage documentation flow (sorting, organizing, registering, maintaining)
  • Support budget preparation and management for Operations
  • Assist with company events, procurement (merch, corporate gifts), and business travel & VISA issuance
  • Create presentations and illustrative materials for corporate meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline execution and align priorities
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

🎯 You Have

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Administration, or Back Office Management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Miro, and Notion
  • Energy, motivation, and drive to grow while contributing to business operational excellence
