🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SRE DevOps professional to join a challenging project in Lisbon. You will be responsible for supporting infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring applications, and ensuring stability in critical production environments.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- DevOps Tools: strong hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, and XLR.
- Linux: solid skills with commands and scripting.
- SQL: above-average skills, with ability to write complex queries (joins, sub-queries, DMLs, DDLs).
- Monitoring: experience with Splunk and Dynatrace (or similar tools).
- ITSM: understanding of production support processes (Workorder, Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Ownership: ability to take responsibility for CRQs, Incidents, and Problem tickets and drive them to closure.
- Soft Skills: clear and confident communication, proactive mindset, and positive learning attitude.
- Experience in Java-based application support, API support, and batch jobs.
- Release Management: deployments, DR activities.
- Knowledge of automation (Chef), Kubernetes, Docker, or Cloud technologies (around 10% of the role).
