- This role will support the Global Project Management Officer on the Human Resources (HR)programs: Tech Graduates, Experts For Tomorrow (EFT), Galileo and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), for a specific Business Line
- Elaborate and manage master files with a high level of accuracy and specific attention to metrics
- Leverage on existing HR tools, define and produce dashboard with relevant metrics to monitor the evolution of the population in scope
- Manage communities by insuring their commitment in the program and the smooth execution of it
- Perform regular follow up with its scope to assess its involvement in the program
- Define and implement development programs (trainings and certifications) for its scope
- Is driving force in proposing events for the communities
- Leverage on other HR teams to suggest enhancements to the program that would help meet their objectives
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Management, Human Resources or similar areas
- At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant areas
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluency in English is required
- Attention to detail
