Hays is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, TOP 10 pharma with more than 146 affiliates around the world and 47 employees, of which 1,600 are located in Spain. They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally.
We are looking for a Data Analyst with Tableau to join the team.
Your Commitment will include:
- Design and implement necessary visualizations with Tableau that allow stakeholders to understand the reliability level of a certain dataset.
- Plan a roadmap of improvements for selected datasets alongside the focus area owners and deploy it accordingly.
- Work closely with data engineers, platform managers, business analysts, and focus area owners to understand requirements, formats, completeness, consistency, and accuracy of those datasets that are part of the omnichannel approach.
- Use DBT to transform and model data in Snowflake, ensuring that data is well-structured and accessible.
- Add new features and enrich the customer journey data model within Snowflake that provides customer knowledge across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions within Snowflake.
Achieving the difference requires the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a developer with a focus on Snowflake and SQL language. Experience in tuning queries and interpreting query explain plans is valued. Python language experience is also nice to have.
- Hands-on experience working with Snowflake cloud data, including transformation and querying.
- Ability to create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau.
- Committed, proactive, and curious personality, reliable, open, and innovative with a strong interest in business intelligence disciplines.
- Fluent English. Any other language is an advantage.
