Recruitment Coordinator
Start preferably in early or mid-October
Workload: 100%
Hybrid work: 3 days from the office 2 days from home
Your Role
Management and coordination of customer recruitment processes, ensuring appropriate data and systems accuracy; working alongside the recruitment partner/requisition fulfilment function to ensure all processes ancillary to a customer's recruitment method are compliant and strictly adhered to.

Build lasting relationships:
- Maintain good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders which may include but not be limited to: Recruitment Partners, Sourcing Partners, Supplier Partners, Hiring Managers, Candidates, PAs, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance.
Be the recruitment expert:
- Depending on the nature of the delivery model, the Recruitment Administrator will perform some or all these tasks as appropriate:
- Input of requisition authorisation by client on to the relevant system.
- Release vacancies to suppliers.
- Arrange vacancy briefings with suppliers.
- Administer internal and external job board postings, create advertisements and monitor the inventory for paid channels.
- Creating sourcing strategies for stake holders.
- Coordinate the arrangement of assessment centres.
- Interview scheduling and sending confirmations.
- Supporting the population and management of talent pools.
- Raising of purchase orders.
- Generation of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- On-site inductions for new starters.
Deliver an efficient and compliant process:
- Ensure adherence to Hays and Client recruitment methodology, policies, procedures and service delivery standards.
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations to your line manager in relation to service improvements
Optimise Systems and Business Intelligence:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of all recruitment technologies and system integrity responsibilities.
- Maximise use of recruitment technologies as a primary vacancy management tool and utilise effectively.
- Document all activity accurately and in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

- Use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
