Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
- Assess and remediate security vulnerabilities identified by our tools, Security Operations Center (SOC), and audit findings
- Serve as the first responder to cybersecurity incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, DDoS attacks, and insider threats
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing to identify risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure (hybrid)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners or vendors to develop and implement remediation plans and conduct joint vulnerability assessments
- Investigate security incidents to determine scope, impact, and root cause and take appropriate action
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to strengthen OM Pharma's security posture
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls
- Conduct security awareness training sessions for employees, fostering a culture of security and promoting best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Cybersecurity or a related field (relevant IT certifications in Cybersecurity a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence (ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated industry)
- Proven experience in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation activities
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools, including cloud and Microsoft 365 security
- Solid understanding of networks, operating systems, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with incident response processes
- Knowledge of GxP requirements and project management methodologies (an asset)
- Fluency in both French and English
