We are Anchor Point Studios and we’re looking for a Game Designer to help us build the future of mind-blowing video game entertainment for a new, innovative 3D action title.

What You'll Do

• Collaborating on a daily basis with leads, directors and other disciplines to develop prototypes and ideas that support endless replayability.
• Design, pitch and spearhead gameplay ideas with a clear vision as to how they positively impact the game.
• Own, document and organise features with a focus on player experience, collaborating with other departments.
• Implement and iterate a broad range of gameplay systems, mechanics and features in Unreal Engine.
• Work with directors, production, engineering, animation, UI and the design teams to solve workflow issues and develop content pipelines.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Knowledge and passion for action-adventure games, leaning into social and emergent gameplay.
• Experience delivering high quality game features, with a focus on gameplay, sandbox and events.
• Demonstrable track record of Unreal Engine & blueprint implementation.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with feature teams. Experience owning them a big plus.
