The Role

As a Senior Golang Developer, you will help build and scale the company’s core platform, focusing on backend services developed in Go. You will work within a global engineering team to deliver new features, enhance system performance, and leverage modern cloud-native technologies. The role involves solving complex challenges related to scalability, performance, and resilience, while applying best practices in microservices, containerization, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize core features of a global fintech platform using Go.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices for high-load, distributed systems.
• Contribute to containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes), ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Work with databases and caching technologies such as Redis and Aerospike to process large-scale data efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams, engaging in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Gradually take on greater ownership of projects, developing toward independence while learning from senior engineers.
  
  

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Golang as your primary language.
• Solid background in microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis).
• Strong grasp of clean code principles, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills.
