- Conduct research on similar products in the market, perform benchmarking and provide insights and evaluations.

- Collaborate with the implementation team during rollout and field activities.
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in healthcare-related projects, particularly HIS, LIS, PACS, or mobile applications for end users.
- Willingness to travel across provinces as assigned by the management.
- Ability to build and write detailed Business Requirement Specifications and UAT scenarios.
- Proactive in learning domain knowledge and industry operations related to assigned projects.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative in proposing solutions.
- Proficient in analytical and design tools.
- Solid understanding of IT and technical design concepts.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills regarding systems, processes, and business requirements.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally.
