About the role

At Mynt, we’re on a mission to reshape how companies manage spending and payments. As a fast-growing fintech scale-up, our product is the heart of everything we do, always evolving to deliver more value to our customers and sustainable growth to our business.

We’re now looking for a driven and structured Product Manager to join our Partner Team, the center of Mynt’s biggest growth engine. You’ll help shape and scale our integrations with leading banks, ERP platforms, and the fleet & mobility sector, with examples like Fortnox, Nordea, and e-conomic.

This is a role for someone who thrives in execution mode, making sure projects move forward, partners are onboarded smoothly, and integrations deliver customer value. You’ll focus on the more operational parts of our partner business: coordinating technical projects, running meetings, and ensuring successful follow-ups.

What you’ll get to dive into:

• Take ownership of implementation and follow-up work with partners like Nordea and e-conomic.
• Run external partner meetings as Mynt’s technical/project counterpart.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects – ensuring clarity, structure, and progress.
• Support the full partner lifecycle – from presales and negotiation, through implementation, to post-launch scaling.
• Act as a project owner in execution: keeping timelines, tracking tasks, and ensuring integrations deliver customer value.

What you bring to the table:

• Some experience as a Product or Project Manager – or in a similar role involving tech projects.
• A strong technical understanding and curiosity to dive into APIs and integrations.
• A structured and organized way of working – someone who thrives with clear project tracking and follow-ups.
• Great communication skills, comfortable bridging business and tech.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to learn and grow in a scale-up environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
