We are a passionate and ambitious team of 120+ people on a mission to succeed with our online PDF creator and editor – pdfFiller.
pdfFiller empowers over 10 million users every month to create and edit PDFs, send them for signing, and securely store documents within a single application. Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done.
MyDocs unit is at the heart of pdfFiller, responsible for core functionalities including dashboards, templates, folders, e-signatures, and Link2Fill workflows. Our mission is to enable secure, efficient collaboration between pdfFiller users and external parties, streamlining how documents are created, managed, and shared.

What you'll be working on:
- Building and maintaining user-facing features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality UX
- Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Participating in code reviews and sharing feedback to elevate code quality
- Ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices
- Writing unit and integration tests to safeguard product quality
- Identifying, debugging, and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs
- Contributing to technical discussions and planning sessions
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- 1+ year of experience with React
- Ability to write and debug asynchronous code (Promises, async/await)
- Understanding of common design patterns and basic algorithms
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Solid layout skills: responsive design, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and accessibility best practices
- Confidence in using Git and Git Flow
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Experience working within a modern SDLC
- Understanding of testing layers and ability to write unit tests
- Proficiency in English (B1 or higher), both written and spoken
