We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team at Byte. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our e-commerce solutions on Shopify, utilizing technologies such as Liquid, Node.js, and React.js. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively on a variety of projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end enhancements for Shopify websites using technologies like Liquid and React.js.
• Design, develop, and deploy public and custom apps on the Shopify platform.
• Create and implement back-end solutions using Node.js, PHP, MySQL, GraphQL APIs and PostgreSQL.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed software.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of deployed software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end developers, to define project requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of web development experience, preferably in e-commerce solutions.
2. Shopify Experience: Prior experience working with Shopify platform is highly desirable.
3. Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React.js).
4. Back-End Skills: Strong understanding and experience in Node.js, PHP, GraphQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
5. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
6. Technological Proficiency: Knowledge of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
8. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication skills.
9. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
10. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Heroku, AWS).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
