Hello,

We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for UX/UI Designer

Your Duties Will Include

  • Conducting UX audits to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
  • Designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Supporting usability testing and incorporating feedback into iterative design cycles.
  • Delivering high-fidelity UI designs aligned with project branding and accessibility standards.
  • Ensuring responsive design principles are applied across all screen sizes and devices.
  • Supporting frontend implementation by providing design specifications and assets.

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Experience in designing solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • Knowledge of design tokens.
  • Strong ability to present and argue design decisions
  • Experience with Jira + Confluence.
  • Very good English and Polish
