If your mindset running pillars are
- Strategic Value Creation – Conduct quarterly evaluations of digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with key partners and take proactive measures to unlock new value streams.
- IT Project Leadership – Oversee the portfolio of IT-related projects by aligning with business units and collaborating with IT business partners and project stakeholders across departments.
- Technology Scouting & Assessment – Identify and assess AI-powered and industry-specific technologies that align with mobility trends to accelerate digital transformation efforts.
- Solution Architecture & Systems Integration – Design robust and future-ready digital architectures by integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable environments.
- Data-Driven Intelligence – Enhance data quality, transparency, and accessibility by developing advanced analytics platforms and decision support systems that enable real-time, insight-driven actions.
- Operational Excellence – Utilize digital technologies to streamline processes, elevate customer experience, and drive efficiency gains across operations.
- Continuous Innovation – Stay ahead of technological advancements, with a focus on cloud platforms and AI applications, to continually refine and evolve the company’s digital strategy.
- Digital Resilience & Immunity – Collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust, secure, and fail-safe implementation of all digital solutions, reinforcing system stability and business continuity.
What we are looking for?
- Experience in SAP (ECC / S4HANA) solutions and integrations,
- Experience in CRM, DMS, Web, Mobile, AI, LowCode…and new generation digital solutions (at least 3 or more)
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation with international scope with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Skills in project management, agile delivery models, and business case development.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Strong technical background and deep knowledge of technology trends, systems, and methodologies are essential.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills to effectively lead and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with stakeholders and effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- An open, fact based and solution focused approach with analytical thinking
- Sense of responsibility, an innovative spirit, a willingness to learn and openness to continuous improvement,
- Strong understanding of business operations, revenue models, and industry dynamics is crucial.
