The Role

  • We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager / Product Owner who knows how to ship. Not talk. Not theorize. Ship.
  • You’ll own the product from here forward:
  • Fix & refine AI-driven resume parsing so profiles pull the right data consistently.
  • Ensure video uploads & playback are rock-solid (via Cloudflare).
  • Polish profile pages into clean, client-ready experiences that impress.
  • Coordinate devs & vendors to deliver, fast.
  • This is part execution driver, part product owner, part translator between business and tech.


What We’re Looking For

Non-negotiables:

  • You’ve delivered MVPs or shipped features under brutal deadlines.
  • You know how to integrate AI services (no model-building; but you’ve made APIs sing, mapped outputs, and cleaned data for production use).
  • You’re fluent in backend and APIs (Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, REST, webhooks).
  • You can tweak the frontend (React + TailwindCSS) to make a candidate profile shine.
  • You’ve worked with Cloudflare for video upload, storage, and playback.
  • You’re comfortable debugging across the stack until the problem is dead.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Lovable.dev (our low-code builder).
  • AWS or other cloud exposure.
  • Experience wrangling distributed dev teams and vendors.
