As an HR Generalist you will be part of our European People Team and will mainly support our Global Business Services team (GBS), located in Szczecin, Poland and other teams if needed. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Payroll Specialist located in Poland and will report to the People Director Europe, located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.


The position is based at our modern office in the centre of Szczecin.


What you will do

No day will be the same in our People team and you will support us in all aspects of HR.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing HR administrative processes and maintaining accurate information in the HR Information System (Workday)
  • Employee life-cycle support – from onboarding to offboarding activities
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding local HR policies, procedures, and life cycle processes
  • Occupational Health & Benefits administration (incl. Social Fund support)
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner and Centers of Excellence with HR-related tasks
  • Maintaining and updating HR Intranet page
  • Contributing to global, regional, or local HR projects
  • Managing ad-hoc requests based on business needs and providing other HR support such as report generation and data analysis
  • Participating in the development or improvement of people management processes


Who We’re Looking For

First and foremost: a great colleague to work with and who brings a lot of positive energy! Additionally, ideal candidates will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • A bachelor’s degree or certification in HR
  • Fluent Polish and excellent English language proficiency; German a plus
  • Solid understanding of Polish labor law
  • Workday (HRIS) experience preferred
  • Digital savviness and MS Office proficiency
