We’re looking for a Technical Artist passionate about games and technology. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Game Designers, Lead Artists, and Programmers – advising on technical constraints, exploring new techniques, and ensuring smooth integration between creative and technical teams. You’ll be responsible for maintaining tools and pipelines, helping to bridge the gap between design vision and technical execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integrate assets and animations into the game engine while maintaining high quality and performance standards
- Offer practical support to artists and engineers to ensure asset performance, compatibility, and validation
- Research and introduce new tools and techniques to improve workflow efficiency and runtime performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges throughout development
- Contribute to gameplay by implementing visual elements such as effects, particles, and animation
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Artist in the gaming industry
- A portfolio that shows off your skills and contributions (must-have)
- Solid Unity experience, especially with: compression methods, optimization techniques, VFX implementation, UI and animation systems
- Proficiency in Photoshop
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- High attention to detail
- Strong understanding of art and animation pipelines
