We are a leading technology company focused on enabling retailers and FMCG brands to run digital promotion campaigns through our innovative receipt scanning technology. Our platform empowers brands to launch direct-to-consumer campaigns efficiently, leveraging advanced analytics to better understand consumer behavior.

Operating in 23 countries, our primary regions include Turkey, Spain, Germany, Greece, Central Europe, and the DACH region. We also have team members located in 5 different countries, creating a diverse and dynamic global environment.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in technical environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including engineering, product, sales and operations - to drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

This is Hybrid position; you will be required to come to the office 3 days a week.

Location: İTÜ Teknokent. Maslak, Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope or timelines.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure alignment between technical requirements and business objectives.
• Implement and improve project management with the best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Background in software engineering or systems integration is a strong plus.
