SENIOR ML ENGINEER FULLY REMOTE - MUST BE LIVING AND WORKING WITHIN EUROPEAN TIMEZONEWe’re looking for AI Engineers to join long-term projects pushing the boundaries of LLM development. You’ll work on fine-tuning large language models, building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, developing multi-agent systems, and integrating LLMs into real-world products.
The role is hands-on with Python and generative AI frameworks, where you’ll deliver production-ready code for high-impact projects across sectors like finance and government. You’ll join small teams of up to 8 engineers, working closely with stakeholders, and there’s room to grow into leadership over time.

- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with strong Python
- Experience in LLMs, embeddings, and frameworks such as LangChain
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- PyTorch/TensorFlow knowledge a plus
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Must have great stakeholder engagement/ client facing expertise
