We are seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in the evolution of our device observability platform. Our mission is to empower hardware teams to build reliable devices using actionable data — not guesswork. Whether it’s a smart speaker or mission-critical industrial equipment, we help teams debug, optimize, and scale with confidence.
In this role, you will join the product development team comprised of engineers and a designer to deliver industry-leading solutions and critical tooling for companies to bring their products to market and support them in the field. You will also collaborate closely with peer Product Managers and the Head of Product to continually refine and evolve the long-term vision.
You will be joining the Memfault team within Nordic Semiconductor.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the vision for our device observability platform across SDK and Cloud services, delivering meaningful value on realistic timelines
- Drive the product roadmap for your product area, gathering input and aligning stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, customers, and other internal teams
- Prioritize improvements that balance long-term product vision with addressing immediate customer pain points
- Own the feature development process from idea conception to production delivery, working iteratively with design and engineering teams
- Define and track success through measurable goals, adoption metrics, and outcomes
- Conduct customer research through market analysis, usage data, and direct conversations with customers and prospects
- 3+ years of product management experience in developer tools or SaaS, ideally with a metrics or analytics focus
- Strong technical understanding; prior experience as an engineer or deep familiarity with developer workflows and data systems
- Demonstrated track record of shipping impactful products using data, customer feedback, and clear problem framing
- Ability to deliver business outcomes with product work; entrepreneurial background a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing stakeholders and tradeoffs
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and iteratively
- Effective at collaborating cross-functionally to shape solutions from ambiguous problems into actionable concepts
- Excited to deliver features that transform raw data into actionable insights for users
- Skilled at designing solutions for multiple personas while maintaining a cohesive product experience
- Advocate for simplicity, quality, and ease of use without compromising data accuracy
- Strong communicator—comfortable writing how-to guides, contributing to documentation, and presenting features internally and externally
