Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to support our growth and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor law.
• Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration in collaboration with the finance team.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing support with HR-related queries, grievances, and performance matters.
• Coordinate training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance evaluations.
• Handle visa processing, renewals, and other HR legal requirements in line with UAE regulations.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR or People Operations role (UAE real estate sector experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
