Who you are:

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Software Developer with a strong foundation in modern web development technologies to join our Calgary-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building web applications, creating seamless user experiences, and solving real-world problems, especially in a B2B environment.

You’ll be working on applications and integrations related to Monday.com, so a passion for productivity tools and automation is a big plus.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain custom apps and widgets within the monday.com platform.
• Assist Eligeo professional services teams as needed to build out client facing solutions as needed.
• Build interactive and responsive UI components using React (with Hooks) and/or Vue.js
• Write efficient and secure backend services using Node.js and/or PHP
• Create, test, and optimize GraphQL queries and mutations for monday.com’s API
• Implement custom views, dashboards, and integrations for a variety of business use cases
• Collaborate closely with product managers, consultants, and clients
• Ensure proper handling of OAuth2 authentication flows and API integrations with third-party services
• Apply HTML/CSS best practices for sleek, user-friendly interfaces

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional experience as a software developer
• Solid skills in JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and other web technologies
• Proficiency with React and/or Vue.js, particularly with component-based architecture and hooks
• Experience working with Node.js in a backend context
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for UI development
• Familiarity with OAuth2 and securing API connections
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with Git version control
• Bonus: Experience developing apps/extensions for productivity platforms (e.g., monday.com, Slack, etc.)
