About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our creative digital team in designing and developing innovative online and mobile advertising products. This role involves collaborating with designers, senior creatives, and project managers to create engaging, high-performance digital experiences that enhance user interaction and drive campaign success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team on storyboard creations and effectively translate them into HTML animations.
• Create smooth transitions and animations that meet the requirements of the brief and specifications.
• Utilize best practices on rich media ad-serving platforms and passionate about creating engaging multimedia experiences that captivate viewers.
• Write standards-compliant code, understand cross-browser/platform compatibility and be able to test accordingly.
• Develop reusable code libraries.
• Export needed files from Figma for development of the animations.
• Maintain an open and solution-focused demeanor when working with teammates, especially when dealing with short deadlines, changing direction, and roadblocks.
• Maintain organized files and workflows to facilitate collaboration in a remote work environment.
• Manage a workflow that can be easily accessed and implemented by other staff members.
• Working knowledge of JS/JQuery/AJAX.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Apache.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Canvas, HTML5, CSS3, CSS Transitions/Animations and responsive/adaptive development.
• 3 or more years proven experience in Front End/web development.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Committed to a great user experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Working knowledge of JS/JQuery/AJAX.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Apache.
• Fluent in one or more CMSs.
• Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and computer skills.
